This little gem has truly been a lifesaver for me. I’ve been on oxygen for a few years now, and managing it during sleep has always been a challenge. At home, my large constant oxygen generator works well, but the nasal cannula often slips off during the night. I’ve tried various solutions, but none were 100% effective. When it would fall off, I’d wake up feeling the effects—like yesterday morning, when I noticed numbness in my fingertips, likely due to dangerously low oxygen levels. Last night, I decided to try this mask, and it worked perfectly! It stayed on securely, and with a 2L flow setting, my oxygen level was at 99 when I woke up this morning.
Another problem this mask solved for me is traveling overnight. As a mouth breather when I sleep, inhaling through my mouth doesn’t activate the regulator on my mobile oxygen tank. This has made overnight trips nearly impossible unless I haul a big M tank set to constant flow—which is cumbersome and inconvenient for anyone on oxygen. However, with this mask, the sensor on my mobile tank’s regulator activates properly. On a setting of 4, my oxygen levels stay between 97 and 99, even overnight.
This mask has given me peace of mind, improved my quality of sleep, and made traveling a viable option again. I can’t recommend it enough for anyone facing similar challenges!
